We want you to love your Girlgangshop pieces, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your return moving back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
